General information

  • FrzA increased migration and tube formation of endothelial cells and seemed to protect them from apoptosis. [1]
  • sFRP-1, a soluble protein that binds to Wnts and modulates Wnt signaling, contains an N-terminal domain homologous to the putative Wnt-binding site of Frizzled (Fz domain) and a C-terminal heparin-binding domain with weak homology to netrin. [2]
  • FrzA, a secreted frizzled related protein, induced angiogenic response. [1]
  • Secreted frizzled-related protein 1 modulates glucocorticoid attenuation of osteogenic activities and bone mass. [3]
  • SFRP1 protects fibroblasts from ceramide-induced apoptosis. [4]
