  • IL-17B stimulates the release of TNF-α in a time- and concentration-dependent manner. [1]
  • Interleukin 17 is a pro-inflammatory cytokine, which belongs to the IL-17 family, that share a highly conserved C-terminal region, but differ in the N-terminal regions.IL-17 has stimulates the release of TNF-alpha and IL-1beta from cells of the monocyte lineage [2]
