General information

  • IL-!7 is a family of cytokines with a high conservation at the c-terminal part of the protein, while the N-terminal is changed. IL-17D stimulates the production of IL-6, IL-8 and GM-CSF and have also the abillity of inhibiting hemopoiesis of myeloid progenitor cells in colony formimg assays. [1]
