General information

  • IL-17F can stimulate proliferation and activation of T-cells and PBMCs and also it have the abillity to regulate cartilage matrix and turnover and inhibits angiogenesis. [1]
  • Due to their structural similarity, IL-19, IL-20, IL-22, IL-24 and IL-26 were combined with IL-10 in the so-called IL-10 family. [2]
