General information

  • LTE4 increases the uptake of intravenously injected methotrexate about twofolds within the tumor, but not in the normal brain tissue. [1]
  • LTE4 is implicated in asthma pathophysiology and as one of the causes of persistent bronchoconstriction and mucus hypersecretion in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). [2]
