General information

  • Amylase release is stimulated by carbamylcholine and neuromedin C dose-dependently in human pancreatic acinar cells. [1]
  • Neuromedin C is a bombesin-like neuropeptide of the sequence Gly-Asn-His-Trp-Ala-Val-Gly-His-Leu-Met-NH2. [2]
