General information

  • Secretion of sVEGFR-1 is increased by the angiogenic factor bFGF in human ECs and is also enhanced in lipopolysaccharide-activated human monocytes. [1]
  • sFlt-1 suppresses growth and peritoneal dissemination of ovarian cancer by the inhibition of angiogenesis. [2]
  • Soluble VEGF receptor, potentially useful as an antagonist of VEGF.
